Synopsis
Deciding to buy a swimming pool is rarely an impulsive choice. The seller must help the customer think for the long term. The Tribal Tangible Tabletop is designed for traditional sales in shops with the consultative selling technique. The tribal shape of the tabletop, with its convex lines, improves the involvement of each actor. The tribal table allows symmetry of the actors during the simulation, and gives to each one a side: for the vendor, and two for the customers. The tribal table is playful and friendly, and offers a centered collaborative space with personal spaces at the extremities. Tangible props would help building the 3D simulation from a satellite map of the customers' garden.
